About the Team

 

Angelique simeone, M.A.

Angelique is the office manager at Long Island Behavioral Psychology. She graduated with high honors from New York University in 2021, earning her B.A. in English and American Literature and minoring in Psychology and Chemistry. Angelique then pursued her M.A. in Clinical Psychology at Columbia University, graduating in 2023. She is broadly interested in work with young children who have OCD, anxiety, and behavioral challenges. In addition to her work at LIB, Angelique is a postgraduate research assistant at the Yale Child Study Center and at the Montefiore Child and Adolescent Outpatient Psychiatry Clinic. Ultimately, she hopes to pursue a doctoral degree in clinical psychology and work with children and their families.

Hannah swartz

Hannah is an intern at Long Island Behavioral Psychology and a senior at New York University, where she is majoring in Psychology and minoring in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Studies. She is passionate about working with children and adolescents, particularly those experiencing anxiety, trauma, and behavioral challenges. In addition to her work at LIB, Hannah has held a range of child-focused roles, including camp counselor and group therapy leader at Maimonides Hospital. She plans to pursue a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, with the goal of working closely with children and their families.
